Quoting Software for Roofers
Photograph the roof from the ground, the scaffold or the drone. Speqly drafts an itemised quote — strip, felt and batten, tiles, leadwork, scaffold — with the contingency wording every roofing quote needs, because nobody knows what's under the tiles until they're off.
Scope changes are normal — surprises aren't
Rotten battens and failed sarking felt only show up on stripping. A Speqly proposal carries the contingency note that protects you and prepares the client, so mid-job discoveries are a written variation, not an argument.
Scaffolding ambiguity kills margins
It's the most common 'I thought that was included' dispute in roofing. Your proposals state scaffold as included, excluded or separately quoted — explicitly, every time.

Does the quote specify tiles properly?
Yes — lines carry manufacturer, product and colour, not 'supply and lay new tiles'. Specification is what separates a professional roofing quote from a guess, and it protects you when the client compares prices.
Can I quote from drone photos?
Any photos work — ground level, scaffold, drone. More angles give the AI more to work with, and they all end up in the client's visual proposal.
What about weather delays?
Programme terms are yours to set: start dates subject to weather is standard roofing wording, carried on every proposal.
