2. Description of Service

Speqly is an AI-powered platform that helps contractors and DIY enthusiasts create project plans, material lists, cost estimates, and client proposals. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze project images and generate recommendations.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
  • Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
  • Provide valid payment information

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with access to create up to 5 projects. At the end of the trial period, you will need to subscribe to continue using premium features. No credit card is required for the trial.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use automated systems to access the Service excessively
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate project plans, cost estimates, and recommendations. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and estimates only
  • Actual costs, materials, and project requirements may vary
  • You are responsible for verifying all information before use
  • Professional consultation may be necessary for complex projects
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content

8. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by Speqly and protected by intellectual property laws.

Generated Content: Project plans and proposals generated by the Service are owned by you and may be used for your business purposes.

9. Client Proposals

When you send proposals to clients through our Service:

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of proposal content
  • You represent that you have authority to send proposals on behalf of your business
  • Any agreements between you and your clients are solely between those parties
  • Speqly is not a party to any contracts arising from proposals

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPEQLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
