About Speqly
Speqly exists to make the business side of contracting easier. It starts with photos, notes and editable client proposals, and connects that work to jobs, costs and a business PA. The aim is simple: less to remember, fewer details lost, and a clearer view of the next thing that needs your attention.
Who builds it
Speqly is built by Alexis Boshoff, its founder. He started Speqly while running his own home renovations, where he found costing and planning far harder than they should be. Talking to contractors showed the same problem from the other side, so he built the tool both sides needed.
Speqly is built in the UK, for UK trades. Contractors review their rates, quantities and tax treatment before sending a quote. Their approved costings push into Xero or QuickBooks Online as draft invoices the way UK accountants expect.
