An AI-generated project uses a project allowance or purchased credit. A project can contain rooms or sections. Routine navigation, viewing a job and sending PA messages do not consume project credits; the PA has its own request allowance.
Your subscription project allowance renews with your billing period. Purchased credits are separate and never expire. The app shows your remaining allowance before you create a project. PA requests have a separate counter; when it is exhausted, wait for its reset or choose the paid upgrade. No automatic usage overage is promised.
Owners on a valid core plan, including a valid trial, have 20 included PA requests per allowance period. An optional, separately billed monthly PA upgrade provides 500 requests. Quote credits alone do not grant PA access. Check your account for your reset date and eligibility.
Yes. Each scheduled briefing uses one PA request, just like a conversation request. You choose the days and topics, and can turn it off. Frequent briefings can use the included allowance; it is not an unlimited daily service. Briefings arrive in the PA conversation, not as unsolicited WhatsApp or push notifications. Daily briefings are currently a workspace preview feature and require PA access.
Crew includes 60 AI projects a month rather than Solo’s 20, plus priority support. The price is not presented as a promise of unlimited team seats. The workspace provides roles and permissions; confirm team suitability with us before subscribing for a particular crew setup.
Prices shown are UK web prices in GBP. The price cards show the configured tax treatment when available; any applicable tax is confirmed before payment. Customer payment processing has separate provider charges and requires a connected payment account. App Store pricing is confirmed by Apple.
Cancel a monthly plan and it runs to the end of the period you have paid for. The PA upgrade is a separate subscription and is managed separately. Manage web purchases in their billing portal and App Store purchases in Apple’s subscription settings.
No. The workspace calendar brings together Speqly records and exports an .ics snapshot for import into a calendar app. Changes do not sync automatically. Live merchant ordering, homeowner finance and native LiDAR measurement are not included.
