Free trial terms
The free trial lasts 14 days and includes 5 projects, with no credit card required to start. You get the full quoting workflow — mobile app, AI analysis and client proposals. Accounting sync with Xero unlocks on the Solo and Crew plans. When the trial ends you choose: subscribe, buy credits, or walk away. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the paid period.

How much does Speqly cost?
From £7 per project with a credit pack, or £79 per month on a subscription. Solo is £79/month for 20 projects a month (£3.95 per project). Crew is £149/month for 60 projects a month (£2.48 per project). Credits are pay-as-you-go: £9.99 for one project, £39.99 for five, £69.99 for ten.
Can I use Speqly without a monthly subscription?
Yes. Buy credits instead — £9.99 for a single project, £39.99 for a 5-pack or £69.99 for a 10-pack — and use them whenever you like. Credits never expire and there is no monthly fee. You get the same AI analysis, proposals and mobile app as subscribers.
What does the free trial include?
14 days and 5 projects, with no credit card required. You get the full quoting workflow: the mobile app, AI photo analysis, material cost estimates and professional client proposals. Accounting sync with Xero unlocks on the Solo and Crew plans.
Does Speqly work with Xero and QuickBooks?
Xero, yes — on the Solo and Crew plans. Connect Xero once, then push any project's costing across as a draft invoice — itemised lines, your markup, VAT handled. It arrives as a draft so you review and send it from your accounts package. QuickBooks Online support is in development.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and your plan runs to the end of the billing period you have already paid for — no cancellation fee and no notice period. If you cancel, you can still pay per job with credits.
